You can create a nice Icy Chocolate Effect for your text using some simple means.
Start a new document (700×500) and fill the background with white.
Press D and then press Alt + Backspace.
Use the type tool top create your text (Arial Black, 100 px).
Then go to Layer > Type > Convert to shapeNow press V or select the Move ToolPress ctrl+TPress and hold Ctrl+Shift+Alt and drag the left corner of the text to the left and/or the right corner to the right. Then press enter . It should resemble to this:

Then go to Text Layer -> Layer Style -> Bevel & Embos.

Then color overlay - #461a00, texture and satin.


Now, you duplicate the Example layer - Ctrl+J and you will have this second Example layer. Add to the second layer an inner glow and a shadow.


Select the second layer and press the up arrow key 3-4 times. And this is it! The final result should look like this:
