Now, lose the pattern, choose a redish color for the foreground (could be orange, yellow), set the bucket tool’s mode on Multiply and use the bucket on the planet. You will see that only small pieces of the selection will gain color. Fill as you see fit. You should end with an image like this:

Some of your pictures from page 5 an 6 do not appear so I am unable to see your figures for the glow and so forth
