Now, press Control-L and choose the levels of the sky 
You should have an image like this:
As you can see, the sky is full of stars. Anyway, you should adjust the levels for your liking.

Some of your pictures from page 5 an 6 do not appear so I am unable to see your figures for the glow and so forth
