Ok, she looks kinda pale, now we need to put some emphasis on the lips and the eyes. I used for that the Burn tool (above the sponge tool). Use a diameter of around 20-30px, set it to Midtones and keep the 50% Exposure. Now, brush over the eyes and the lips. The result I got is below:
