As you can see, she is a beautiful woman.
Now, we need to make her skin somewhat paler (the skin is already pale, but nevertheless). For that, choose the Sponge tool, use a diameter of around 60px, set the mode (or keep it) on Desaturate and put the Flow at 75%. Then, brush around the face, excluding eyes and lips. My result can be seen in the picture below. More, on top, you can see my Brush settings.
